Emma’s Café is an upscale café serving breakfast, lunch and catered events. We are looking for a part time Dishwasher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to guest satisfaction with a focus on cleanliness as top priorities. The position is currently 2 Day per Week. Hours are generally 10am-5pm but may vary depending on catering schedule
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sort, rinse and wash dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils.
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Carry clean dishes to cook’s line and other proper storage areas.
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster.
- Set up or break down dishwashing area.
- Fill/empty soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions.
- Sweep/mop floors.
- Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster.
- Conduct general restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed.
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry.
- Other duties as assigned
